\"><p><strong>\u4e0d\u8981\u88ab\u300c\u528f\u623f\u300d\u5687\u6015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5f6d\u9e97\u82b3\uff08\u672c\u79d12012\u7562\u696d\uff09<\/p>\n<p>2021\u5e7410\u6708\u6211\u51fa\u7248\u4e86\u300a\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u4f4f\u528f\u623f\uff1a90\u5f8c\u5973\u751f\u7aa9\u5c45\u4e4b\u9053\u300b\uff0c\u7d00\u9304\u81ea\u5df1\u75312018\u5e74\u81f3\u4eca\u5e743\u6708\uff0c\u5c45\u65bc100\u591a\u544e\u5927\u89d2\u5480\u528f\u623f\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u8207\u8655\u7406\u5bb6\u5c45\u96e3\u984c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u6211\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u672c\u66f8\u65e2\u662f\u4e00\u672c\u5be6\u7528\u7684\u7dad\u4fee\u5de5\u5177\u66f8\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u4e00\u672c\u966a\u4f34\u7368\u5c45\u4eba\u58eb\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6eab\u6696\u5c0f\u672d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\u5728\u79df\u4f4f\u528f\u623f\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u548c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u4e00\u6a23\u90fd\u6297\u62d2\u528f\u623f\u3002\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u9810\u7b97\u6709\u9650\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u8003\u91cf\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u9078\u5b9a\u4e86\u9019\u88e1\u3002\u81f3\u4eca\u6211\u4ecd\u7136\u6176\u5e78\u81ea\u5df1\u4f5c\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u9593\u528f\u623f\u5176\u5be6\u5f88\u7f8e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u528f\u623f\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u7a2e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u6c38\u9060\u8a18\u5f97\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4f86\u770b\u79df\u76e4\u6642\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u79cb\u65e5\u9ec3\u660f\uff0c\u6211\u5f9e\u9019\u9593\u5c4b\u7684\u7a97\u6236\u770b\u5230\u5be7\u975c\u851a\u85cd\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u3001\u7a97\u5916\u5c0d\u8457\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u516c\u5712\u3001\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u682a\u5927\u6a39\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u9ce5\u5152\u548c\u82b1\u3002\u7e31\u4f7f\u5ba4\u5167\u7a7a\u9593\u72f9\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u8996\u91ce\u537b\u662f\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b9a\u5c45\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u767c\u73fe\u9019\u88e1\u6709\u8457\u5f88\u591a\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ca0\u64d4\u7684\u79df\u91d1\uff08\u516d\u5343\u591a\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5f9e\u4e8b\u8a18\u8005\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u61c9\u4ed8\u7368\u5c45\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u958b\u652f\uff1b\u55ae\u4f4d\u9762\u7a4d\u96d6\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u9f4a\u7368\u7acb\u5ec1\u6240\u3001\u5eda\u623f\u548c\u9580\u53e3\uff1b\u5927\u5ec8\u6709\u770b\u66f4\u3001\u9435\u9598\u3001\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6df1\u591c\u6b78\u5bb6\u4e5f\u5f88\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u5927\u89d2\u5480\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u5b9c\u5c45\u7684\u793e\u5340\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u8857\u574a\u5c0f\u5e97\u548c\u98df\u8086\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8f03\u65fa\u89d2\u6df1\u6c34\u57d7\u7b49\u9b27\u5340\u606c\u975c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u55ae\u4f4d\u662f\u6b98\u820a\u548c\u6f6e\u6fd5\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u8981\u82b1\u5fc3\u601d\u4ed4\u7d30\u6e05\u6f54\u548c\u4f48\u7f6e\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u4ee4\u7a7a\u9593\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e7e\u723d\u8212\u9069\uff0c\u8b8a\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u6bcf\u65e5\u90fd\u597d\u60f3\u56de\u53bb\u7684\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7e3d\u6703\u627e\u5230\u8207\u554f\u984c\u5171\u5b58\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u4f4f\u528f\u623f\u9084\u662f\u6709\u70ba\u6578\u4e0d\u5c11\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u9023\u4f4f\u6236\u662f\u300c\u6c34\u96fb\u5171\u540c\u9ad4\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u53ea\u8981\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u5bb6\u6e20\u52d9\u6de4\u585e\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u4f4f\u6236\u5c07\u4e00\u8d77\u906d\u6b83\uff1b\u590f\u5929\u6642\u96fb\u529b\u8ca0\u8377\u592a\u91cd\uff0c\u5e7e\u6236\u4eba\u6703\u4e00\u540c\u5728\u6df1\u591c\u8df3\u96fb\u63a3\uff1b\u9084\u6709\u9f4a\u9f4a\u88ab\u696d\u4e3b\u6feb\u6536\u6c34\u96fb\u8cbb\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u528f\u623f\u666e\u904d\u901a\u98a8\u4e0d\u826f\u3001\u5ec1\u6240\u6c92\u6709\u7a97\u3001\u87d1\u8782\u5bb3\u87f2\u554f\u984c\u56b4\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u9858\u610f\u82b1\u5fc3\u6a5f\u548c\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5fc5\u5b9a\u80fd\u5920\u627e\u5230\u548c\u554f\u984c\u5171\u5b58\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6216\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4e0a\u7db2\u81ea\u5b78\u6210\u529f\u901a\u6e20\u3001\u767c\u73fe\u8f49\u7528\u5169\u5c64\u5ec1\u7d19\u5c31\u80fd\u4ee4\u99ac\u6876\u4e0d\u518d\u6de4\u585e\u3001\u539f\u4f86\u53ea\u8981\u84cb\u597d\u53bb\u6c34\u4f4d\u548c\u6e20\u84cb\u5373\u80fd\u544a\u5225\u87d1\u8782\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u8de8\u8d8a\u96e3\u95dc\uff0c\u90fd\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6eff\u8db3\u611f\uff0c\u4ea6\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u8c6a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u6700\u521d\u642c\u9032\u528f\u623f\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u6c92\u6599\u5230\u9019\u8d9f\u7d93\u6b77\u7adf\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5f88\u591a\u5bf6\u8cb4\u9ad4\u9a57\uff0c\u9084\u56e0\u800c\u7372\u5f97\u51fa\u66f8\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u56e0\u6b64\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230\u5f88\u591a\u540c\u6a23\u5c45\u65bc\u528f\u623f\u7684\u5973\u751f\u3001\u6216\u56e0\u5bb6\u5ead\u554f\u984c\u800c\u96e2\u5bb6\u81ea\u7acb\u7684\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5f88\u6176\u5e78\u81ea\u5df1\u6c92\u6709\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u662f\u300c\u528f\u623f\u300d\u800c\u537b\u6b65\u3001\u6c92\u6709\u56e0\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u6210\u898b\u800c\u52c9\u5f37\u81ea\u5df1\u8f49\u5de5\u4f4f\u5927\u5c4b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u59cb\u7d42\u5805\u6301\u505a\u8457\u81ea\u5df1\u559c\u6b61\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5275\u9020\u7f8e\u597d\u4eba\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<div \u5176\u5be6\u5728\u79df\u4f4f\u528f\u623f\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u548c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u4e00\u6a23\u90fd\u6297\u62d2\u528f\u623f\u3002\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u9810\u7b97\u6709\u9650\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u8003\u91cf\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u9078\u5b9a\u4e86\u9019\u88e1\u3002\u81f3\u4eca\u6211\u4ecd\u7136\u6176\u5e78\u81ea\u5df1\u4f5c\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u9593\u528f\u623f\u5176\u5be6\u5f88\u7f8e\u3002 \u528f\u623f\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u7a2e \u6211\u6c38\u9060\u8a18\u5f97\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4f86\u770b\u79df\u76e4\u6642\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u79cb\u65e5\u9ec3\u660f\uff0c\u6211\u5f9e\u9019\u9593\u5c4b\u7684\u7a97\u6236\u770b\u5230\u5be7\u975c\u851a\u85cd\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u3001\u7a97\u5916\u5c0d\u8457\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u516c\u5712\u3001\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u682a\u5927\u6a39\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u9ce5\u5152\u548c\u82b1\u3002\u7e31\u4f7f\u5ba4\u5167\u7a7a\u9593\u72f9\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u8996\u91ce\u537b\u662f\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u3002 \u5b9a\u5c45\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u767c\u73fe\u9019\u88e1\u6709\u8457\u5f88\u591a\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ca0\u64d4\u7684\u79df\u91d1\uff08\u516d\u5343\u591a\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5f9e\u4e8b\u8a18\u8005\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u61c9\u4ed8\u7368\u5c45\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u958b\u652f\uff1b\u55ae\u4f4d\u9762\u7a4d\u96d6\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u9f4a\u7368\u7acb\u5ec1\u6240\u3001\u5eda\u623f\u548c\u9580\u53e3\uff1b\u5927\u5ec8\u6709\u770b\u66f4\u3001\u9435\u9598\u3001\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6df1\u591c\u6b78\u5bb6\u4e5f\u5f88\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u5927\u89d2\u5480\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u5b9c\u5c45\u7684\u793e\u5340\uff0c\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u8857\u574a\u5c0f\u5e97\u548c\u98df\u8086\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8f03\u65fa\u89d2\u6df1\u6c34\u57d7\u7b49\u9b27\u5340\u606c\u975c\u3002 \u7576\u7136\uff0c\u4f4f\u528f\u623f\u9084\u662f\u6709\u70ba\u6578\u4e0d\u5c11\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u9023\u4f4f\u6236\u662f\u300c\u6c34\u96fb\u5171\u540c\u9ad4\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u53ea\u8981\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u5bb6\u6e20\u52d9\u6de4\u585e\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u4f4f\u6236\u5c07\u4e00\u8d77\u906d\u6b83\uff1b\u590f\u5929\u6642\u96fb\u529b\u8ca0\u8377\u592a\u91cd\uff0c\u5e7e\u6236\u4eba\u6703\u4e00\u540c\u5728\u6df1\u591c\u8df3\u96fb\u63a3\uff1b\u9084\u6709\u9f4a\u9f4a\u88ab\u696d\u4e3b\u6feb\u6536\u6c34\u96fb\u8cbb\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u528f\u623f\u666e\u904d\u901a\u98a8\u4e0d\u826f\u3001\u5ec1\u6240\u6c92\u6709\u7a97\u3001\u87d1\u8782\u5bb3\u87f2\u554f\u984c\u56b4\u91cd\u3002 \u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u9858\u610f\u82b1\u5fc3\u6a5f\u548c\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5fc5\u5b9a\u80fd\u5920\u627e\u5230\u548c\u554f\u984c\u5171\u5b58\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6216\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4e0a\u7db2\u81ea\u5b78\u6210\u529f\u901a\u6e20\u3001\u767c\u73fe\u8f49\u7528\u5169\u5c64\u5ec1\u7d19\u5c31\u80fd\u4ee4\u99ac\u6876\u4e0d\u518d\u6de4\u585e\u3001\u539f\u4f86\u53ea\u8981\u84cb\u597d\u53bb\u6c34\u4f4d\u548c\u6e20\u84cb\u5373\u80fd\u544a\u5225\u87d1\u8782\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u8de8\u8d8a\u96e3\u95dc\uff0c\u90fd\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6eff\u8db3\u611f\uff0c\u4ea6\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u8c6a\u3002 \u5118\u7ba1\u6700\u521d\u642c\u9032\u528f\u623f\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u6c92\u6599\u5230\u9019\u8d9f\u7d93\u6b77\u7adf\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5f88\u591a\u5bf6\u8cb4\u9ad4\u9a57\uff0c\u9084\u56e0\u800c\u7372\u5f97\u51fa\u66f8\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u56e0\u6b64\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230\u5f88\u591a\u540c\u6a23\u5c45\u65bc\u528f\u623f\u7684\u5973\u751f\u3001\u6216\u56e0\u5bb6\u5ead\u554f\u984c\u800c\u96e2\u5bb6\u81ea\u7acb\u7684\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u3002
