中大新傳金禧院慶晚宴

2015年正值香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院五十周年。為慶賀這個重要時刻，院慶晚宴特別安排在2015年12月11日於跑馬地舉行，並有傳媒界、政府新聞處官員及商業機構的代表、老師、校友及第七屆「中大新聞獎」得獎者出席，當晚氣氛熱鬧非常。

校友會主席曾立基先生在致辭時宣佈成立新聞與傳播學院校友會獎助學金，獎勵及津助表現卓越的學生參與海外交流、考察團及其他學習活動。

目前獎助學金有起動基金二十五萬港元，曾主席呼籲校友、社會人士及機構慷慨支持，以個人、班別等不同形式捐助，幫助師弟師妹，學院將於校友會網站專頁誌名致謝。

50th Anniversary Celebration Banquet

The year of 2015 marks the 50th anniversary of the School of Journalism and Communication. To celebrate the special occasion, a dinner banquet was held on 11 December 2015 in Happy Valley. Representatives from news agencies, Information Services Department of the government and business corporations, teachers, alumni as well as winners of the 7th Chinese University Journalism Award joined the banquet.

Mr. Richard Tsang, the chairperson of the Alumni Association announced the establishment of the School of Journalism and Communication Alumni Association Scholarship/Grant in his welcome speech. The Scholarship/Grant subsidizes our students to join international exchange programmes, study tours and other learning activities.

We now have HK$250,000 as the seed money. Richard seeks the support from our alumni and friends. Donations can be made in the name of your own or your graduation class. Donors will be acknowledged on the website of the Alumni Association.
